Ok, neverming, that bio was outdated and I don't feel like writing a new one.

Everything I made in 2023 (so far)
Hi! Last year I made a similar journal, and I wanted to continue on this journey. I felt like updating it in advace, especially because I included a retrospective section at the end. I will keep updating the journal as I add more makes to it. I honestly feel like I didn't do anything this year, it's so frustrating. I'm not including wips for now. Dresses Burnt Orange dress: I started by hating on it, but it is a very comfortable house dress in the end, doesn't look as bad as I thought and I can even get away with wearing it in public, which was the goal. I cringe at the machine sewn parts and am sad I didn't get the puffed sleeves it was supposed to have. It is also too narrow. Honestly, with fixing all these things, would do again for next summer! 4/5 Sweaters Grey sweater: I finished this one in 2022, and Mister wore it as such, but then I did some sweater surgery and now the sleeves are shorter with a cuff. We will plan a new photoshoot for when the season is appropriate! ?/5

PLANS (to be regularly updated)
Because my head might explode, here's a little somthing to try and put some order in: GARMENT MAKING (+ blanket making) finish the purple cardigan: I took out the failed pink button band and re-did the whole thing in purple; (sadly) picked new buttons; and then started working on the cuffs with what little yarn I had left. I tried slip stitch ribbing, too tight, tried yarn over slip stitch, too loose. Now I think I might try to pick up stitches and try a knitted ribbing instead. I will sadly not have enough yarn to add a waist ribbing, so it will remain very cropped, but I cannot add another colour as this purple bleeds like there is not tomorrow. Anyway, I'm really close to the end, to I can't wait to have it finished. -> already finished, but garbage -> try to add a chain inside in hopes it can keep the shoulders in place, if not -> make it into yarn again sew a new dress: after the first disapointment, I want to continue trying, and simply pick a different model. As the B1 didn't
Hi friends, as you may have heard, I am preparing, slowly, for a convention in April. I am still extremelly anxious about it, and overwhelmed, and my art block is still not cured. HOWEVER, I do feel a little bit confident to start sharing my progress with you starting from now. As we talked about it, I am opening new subscription tiers. Convention related tier Here I will post all wips and behind the scenes related to convention preparation: traditional art, print making and sewing as I need to upgrade my outfits (taking in account my health). I will also send prints to my supporters once we reach the goal! I already posted today's progress: All media tier For those who'd like to see both my photography and convention behind the scenes, I have created a special tier, so that you don't pay double if you're interested! Photography subscribers who wish to upgrade will have to pick this tier!
CONTEXT 22/02/2024: It's my birthday! Last year I was feeling really not great, and I had to postpone my convention to April this year. I am currently working on it, trying to get out of my art block. Drawing and painting again does make me feel happy. Now, I really want to improve on my skills, and thus, I'm starting to resent my older pieces. I would make me so much lighter if I could sell them. It would also make me feel better to know that not everybody sees a piece of garbage when looking at them. That's it for this update, love ya
Blanket WIP + call to donations by LualaDy, journal
Blanket WIP + call to donations
The WIP Hi there! Today I want to share with you a WIP! It's a crochet blanket made with second hand and reclaimed yarn. This is the second blanket I started, the first one looked like this: It's very cosy and the cats love it! Now my problem is that I don't have more yarn to work on the current one. The cheapest way to find yarn is during garage sales, and there aren't any currently. Plus, it's been a while this problem's been stalling me as I didn't find any yarn during all the previous garage sales I've been to. Finding second hand yarn online is doable, however it's not as cheap, and I do not have the budget right now. In fact, budget has been even worse than what I last told you about, as we will have to take a loan at the end of the year to pay back our current debts (and yes they're roof related). Call to donations This is why, if any of you do have unused yarn, I would be happy to put it to good use! Fiber content does not matter, however it is important that you don't send
What IS she doiiiing? I don't know, man, trying? I upgraded my flower crown, to be more flowery, on my left side they kinda face backwards but ... the glue didn't glue to the frame, only to the fabric so ... you do what you can. Now, some food: And tulips: And here you can see a totally black cat perfectly hidden behind a skinny orange tulip. If I hadn't told you, you wouldn't have noticed, no need to thank me!
Thank you so much for featuring "A Silent Prelude" in your Welcome to my World feature n391! Your support and recognition mean a lot to me. It's truly an honor to be included in your showcase
